Senior Logan Bennett

Logan Bennett '23

Neuroscience: Systems, Behavior & Plasticity major

I am a senior studying neuroscience and computer science and the recipient of the President’s Scholar Award and Science Scholars Award at Temple, which I have used to fund research throughout my undergraduate career. My current work at the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania focuses on using epidemiological modeling, electroencephalography (EEG), and surveys to enhance mental and physical well-being for groups at risk of HIV infection and drug & alcohol abuse. Before this, I worked at the Center for Applied Research in Decision Making and the Hybrid Intelligence Lab at Temple and the Addiction, Health, & Adolescence Lab at the University of Pennsylvania.

At Temple, my past work examined how individuals pursue emotional goals through social interactions. At the University of Pennsylvania, my past work explored how naturalistic fluctuations in sleep duration and sleep quality are related to self-reported levels of stress & negative mood.
