Biology major

Hi! My name is Michelle Tanujaya, and I’m a senior majoring in Biology. Since my freshman year, I’ve been conducting research in Dr. Parkson Chong’s lab, where I study dipicolylamine-containing anti-thrombotic liposomes. My research experiences have also taken me to Brown University through the Leadership Alliance (SR-EIP) and to Stanford University as part of the Amgen Scholars Program, each deepening my commitment to interdisciplinary, impactful science.

I aspire to pursue a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences to bridge basic science and clinical applications in the development of innovative therapeutics. As a Research Ambassador, I’m excited to share my experiences, encourage more students to explore research, and help make these opportunities more accessible across campus.
