Chemistry major
My undergraduate research has been predominantly on catalysis. I initially worked on creating homogenous catalyst and polymeric materials with Dr. Graham Dobereiner. I currently am working on the catalysis of degrading toxic chemicals with Dr. Eric Borguet.
I became an Undergraduate Research Ambassador to display to undergraduates the significance of research and how it can catapult your academic career.
Other info about me: I initially was on a pre-dental track and in my sophomore year I realized that I have a passion for chemistry. Undergraduate research helped me figure out what I am now pursuing in my future. My current goal after graduation is to attend graduate school for chemistry.
